I booked this hotel for a family holiday. The rooms are small and lack some amenities like room service and air conditioning, though there was a fan available. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and close to the train and bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for places to visit and even arranging bus trips. The dining experience was decent, with some room for improvement on the food variety and pricing.
